“I worked with Sara during a difficult inflection point in my career. Her coaching was affirming and validating, but also challenged me. She armed me with frameworks to expand my mindset and navigate a daunting transition. I’m in a much happier, healthier place now, and Sara played an instrumental role in this growth and upleveling.”
—Jennifer Yin, design leader
“I first approached Jen when I was burned out, and starting a new role with a new company full of anxiety. She allowed me to have the best start in a new role that I have had in my career. Since then, she has helped me find joy again in my job and get clarity on what is important to me and how I can build that into now and the future.”

More about coaching
How coaching helps
We all want to feel successful and do our best work. But so much gets in the way: self-doubt, old habits, difficult people, weird work dynamics. We can’t make life perfect, but we can figure out how to move forward anyway. That’s the power of coaching.
What coaching is
Confidential: Even if your company is paying, we won’t disclose anything you tell us—no matter what.
Non-judgmental: We don’t decide what you should do. We help you clarify your values and goals, make decisions that are true to them, and notice when you’re not.
Action-oriented: Each time we meet, we’ll celebrate your progress and work together to define what you’ll do next. Think of it as a healthy kick in the pants, just when you need it.
What to expect
Coaching is all about helping you face the hard stuff and find new ways forward. Expect lots of open-ended questions designed to explore root causes, open up fresh perspectives, and help you take action.

Set big, bold goals (and actually meet them)
Define a leadership style that’s true to your values

Listen to your gut and set strong, healthy boundaries
Unravel complex situations and make difficult choices
Convince your boss
Yes, companies invest in coaching for their staff! Ask your boss how you can make coaching sessions part of your professional development plan.
How coaching helps your company
You’ll grow your leadership skills and build trust. Coaching gives you new tools for communicating with clarity and confidence—whether you’re presenting to the C-suite, leading a standup, or facing a difficult conversation with a team member.
You’ll be better at sorting out the hard stuff. Coaching gives you a healthy place to talk through work feels—and figure out how to solve problems with honesty, compassion, and collaboration.
You’ll stay engaged and avoid burnout. Coaching helps you figure out what you need to feel fulfilled and connected at work, and establish healthy boundaries that keep you from getting overwhelmed, overworked, and running for a new job.
